How crazy is it that 2019 is already here! It somehow feels like I blinked and it was January again. After spending the last few days looking back at the amazing year 2018 blessed me with (my recap of the year is linked here), I feel more ready than ever to take on 2019! I’m so looking forward to a fresh year to make lots of memories, strengthen friendships, experience new places, and have lots of fun. I couldn’t be more excited to jump into 2019!
For the past two years I’ve been making New Year’s Resolutions with one of my blogger besties Faith from A Pocketful of Faith. We knew we just had to continue that tradition for a third year today by sharing our resolutions for 2019! Each of us have exciting milestones this year as I begin my senior year of high school and the college application process. Hopefully by this time next year I’ll have received some acceptances and maybe even have decided on which college I’ll be attending! This year Faith is closing out her last semester of high school and beginning a new chapter of her life at Baylor University in the fall. We both created a list of resolutions that will hopefully help us to remember to slow down and take time to live in the moment. I’m so excited to see what this year has in store for the both of us and I pray that we stay healthy and safe!
This year my resolutions focus on living in the moment and taking steps to better my well being. In 2019 I want to spend more time doing the simple things that make me happy: blogging, running, hanging out with my friends, and taking photos. I love to make resolutions each year to guide me on the path I want to live this year! Hopefully by sharing these with y’all it will serve as a reminder to me and keep me accountable! I definitely recommend setting some resolutions yourself this year to help accomplish your goals!
